Who can become a Campus Leader?
Any active college student who is passionate about their campus community, communicates well and can dedicate a few hours each week.
Is this a paid program?
The program is primarily experience-driven with performance-based rewards, exclusive merchandise, certificates and internship opportunities rather than a fixed salary.
How much time is required?
Around 4-6 hours a week is enough. The program is designed to fit around your class schedule and exams.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Every leader who completes the program receives a verified Leadership Certificate, and top performers also receive a Letter of Recommendation.
How are leaders selected?
We review every application, look at your motivation and campus involvement, and then have a short conversation with shortlisted students.
Can students from any college apply?
Yes. While HYPE started at CGC University, we are expanding and welcome applications from students across colleges.
Can I leave the program anytime?
Absolutely. There is no lock-in — just let the team know and we'll close things out smoothly.
